Comments: The Delhi Class destroyers are the largest warships ever
built in India. The commission dates for INS Mysore and
INS Bombay had to be extended due to delays caused by INS
Delhi, which took 10 years for completion. The vessels have
superior ECCM (Electronic Counter Counter Measure) and will
be virtually invulnerable to most ECM

Radar-Cross-Section (RCS) reduction is presumed to be minimal
to the extent that some sharp angles have been flattened.
There is potential for 2 more quad launchers on either side
of the vessel for a total of 24 Kh-35 Uran AShMs. The
ingenious Akash SAM might be fitted to INS Mysore and INS
          Bombay.
